Our firm was a pioneer in conducting a formal defensive investigation in the country. We conducted the first investigative proceeding registered at the Brazilian Bar Association, years before the regulating provisions of Provimento 188/18.

He was a professor in the undergraduate, master's and doctorate courses in Police Sciences of Security and Public Order at the Barro Branco Military Police Academy, 15 years old. He served in operational, support and management units in the Military Police. Author of "Introduction to Police Sciences" , first work in Brazil on the subject, having been honored at the São Paulo City Council. He is a member of the Law, Innovation and Technology Commission of the OAB / SP School of Law. Speaker and author of books and legal articles. He is a journalist, columnist for the Gazeta newspaper in São Paulo and a commentator on Rádio Trianon.
Antonio dos Santos Junior

Master from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná ('08). Specialist in environmental law from FGV / SP ('06) and lawsuit from the Brazilian Institute of Legal Studies in Curitiba ('99). He was professor of criminal law and criminal proceedings for 15 years at various institutions, such as PUC / PR, Grupo SEB Dom Bosco, Uninter and visiting professor at Poli-USP. As the founder of the company iChase Forensics, he has worked for ten years as a defensive investigation consultant in criminal maxiprocesses, such as Operation Lava Jato, among other complex cases. He developed his own methods of analyzing and auditing telephone interceptions authorized by the courts, using programming and statistics.

Luis Eduardo Bailoni Muñoz
Consultant. Senior Corporate Security Management Professional with over 25 years of experience. Graduated in Strategic Management and Security, post graduated in Administration and Business from FGV / SP ('10). Manager of Security by ICTS (Israel, '99), Strategy and Intelligence by IMI Academy in (Israel, '14). Worked in the Federal and State Government in the area of Information and Intelligence. He brings the experience of Director, Superintendent, Corporate Manager of multinationals such as IBM, Nestlé Foods, Santander, Camargo Corrêa, among others. He was coordinator of the GGI (Office of Integrated Management in Public Security) of the National Secretariat of Public Security - SENASP. Some of his field experiences include leadership positions in: Bank Robbery Group at the Ministry of Justice in Brasília ('13); responsible for the crisis management strategy for the Jirau Hydroelectric Plant / RO, preparation of the Disaster Recovery Plan and business continuity process; responsible for elucidating fraud, internal deviations and external threats from one of the largest financial institutions in the world. Member of the main intelligence and security organizations in the world, such as Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), TAPA Online and ASIS International.
